Great value for money! The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the town of Ella on upper hill. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms had beautiful views with huge balconies, offering an amazing view.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was incredible. The prices were very reasonable and made my stay very affordable. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the basic amenities provided, everything was well thought out. Lastly, the location of the hotel on the upper hill in the center of Ella was perfect. The rooms with huge balconies offered amazing views of the scenic surroundings.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated near the town centre and the main street, making it easy for families to explore the surrounding area. the friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The hotel's facilities were outdated and could use some modernization to truly make it stand out.

Stunning views and great hospitality

The location of this hotel offered us the most breathtaking views. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset while relaxing on the terrace. The hotel staff was always friendly and showed great hospitality. They were happy to assist us in arranging our travel to attractions nearby. Additionally, we loved the delicious traditional breakfast that was offered.

The room we were given was not up to standard. The decor was outdated and the shower was not working properly. We also noticed some stains on the bedding. this aspect detracted from our stay. Though the hotel staff did try to fix the issues, we felt that there was still room for improvement in the condition of the rooms.

The guesthouse is located near popular tourist spots, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are spacious and have great views of the surrounding landscape. the breakfast offered fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order, which was a lovely touch.

The restaurant service was extremely poor, with an empty restaurant and no one offering to show us to a table. We had to clean our table ourselves and ask for service, which was reluctantly provided.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing, especially the manager who was very friendly and even shared stories about his work experiences in the UAE. The location was superb, just a short walk away from the town center and the start of the Peak hike. Plus, the view from my room's balcony was breathtaking!

We had a wonderful stay at a resort in Ella. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even allowing us to change our dates without any additional fees. the location was perfect, offering stunning views of Little Adams Peak, Ella Gap, and Rawana Rock from the terrace. the hotel was also conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and shops in Ella Town. the cleanliness of the mosquito nets, towels, and bed linen was outstanding. the manager, Mr Anton, made our stay extra special with his delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. We were even upgraded upon arrival, making our experience even more enjoyable. Cons: Liked everything 😊.
